Bootcamp - Outside
What is bootcamp? Boot camp is an outdoor workout that targets your whole body. Think of it as a mix of strength, fitness and endurance. You mainly use your own body weight and whatever’s already in the area: benches, stairs, grassy areas, ropes or tyres.
No two sessions are the same. One day you’ll be sprinting through the park; the next, doing squats, push-ups or teamwork exercises.
What exactly do you train? Pretty much everything:
- Muscles: legs, glutes, abs, back, arms
- Fitness: running, interval training
- Balance & coordination
Fat burning Your whole body is involved. As a result, you’ll see and feel results quickly.
Who is it for? Almost everyone. Whether you’re a beginner, want to get back into exercise, want to get stronger, or are simply looking for an extra challenge.
The trainer adapts the exercises to your level. Lighter or heavier, anything is possible. So you don’t need to be fit to join in; you’ll get fit through boot camp. It’s about being outdoors, pushing your limits and discovering just how strong you really are. So put on your sports kit, come outside and join in.
