Hanze University (Hanze) and the University of Groningen (RUG) have decided that all buildings will be completely closed today. This means that it is not possible to participate in sports at the Sports Center, ACLO City, and WAS today. We will reopen as usual tomorrow.

All classes and reservations scheduled for today are cancelled.

Due to icy conditions, the opening time of the Sports Centre, ACLO City and the WAS has been changed from 10:30 AM to 14:00 PM.

​Due to the expected icy conditions this evening, the Sports Centre, ACLO City, and the WAS will close at 8:00 PM. Sports activities at the Sports Centre can take place until 7:30 PM at the latest.
Tomorrow morning (4 February), we will reopen from 10:30 AM.

Today, Friday, January 9th, all ACLO locations are closed. This means that all reservations have been canceled and group lessons are cancelled.

The Willem Alexander Sports Centre is closed all weekend (Friday through Sunday).

The Sports Centre and ACLO City are open Saturday and Sunday according to regular opening hours.

On Sunday, January 11th, we will announce the opening hours for next Monday.

UPDATE: The Willem Alexander Sports Centre (WAS) will remain closed on Thursday, January 8th, and Friday, January 9th. All classes and open hours have been cancelled. For now, the Sports Centre and ACLO City will be open as usual tomorrow morning. The University of Groningen will reassess the situation tomorrow.

Due to the weather conditions, the sports center, ACLO City, and the Willem Alexander Sports Center (WAS) will be closed from 5:00 PM today. All classes and courses have been canceled, and training sessions will not take place.

The buildings will remain open tomorrow morning for the time being. Should the situation change, we will inform everyone as soon as possible.
