ATTENTION! The next moment to start the swimming course will be September 2024. At the of the new course period we will communicate the way to register and how many spots we have available. The swimming course is very populair, this means that we will not have enough spots available for everyone who want's to join at the first possible moment.
The SPR offers the Swimming Certificate A course twice a year. This course is held every Wednesday evening at 9.30 pm in the swimming pool of the Willem Alexander Sports Center (WAS).
The swimming course is especially intended for employees who cannot swim and do not have diploma A. If the course is completed successfully, the student will be able to swim for his or her diploma A afterwards. The swimming course starts twice a year (beginning of February and beginning of September) and lasts at least 1 year. Twice a year there is the possibility to get the swimming diploma, just after the Christmas holidays and just before the summer holidays. Costs for this course are € 100,-- p.p and need to be payed in advance at the Sportcentrum.
ATTENTION! In order to be able to participate in the course you must also have a valid membership with the SPR.
