In the schedule below the hours specified are specifically for SPR members. Of course it is also possible to participate in the group lessons of the ACLO. If you want to know when you can exercise and take part in group lessons, you can find the overview on the ACLO website. For the sporthours Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates you need to register. You can register by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For all swimming hours, tennis courts, and ACLO Station group lessons, you must make a reservation through the ACLO website.
